May I respectfully remind you that as we expect a high number of bookings, and may need to operate a waiting list system, you may cancel your booking up to 72 hours prior to the event without incurring any costs. Cancellations received within 72 hours will be liable for a cancellation charge of £15 + VAT. However, you may send a substitute from your organisation. All transfers and cancellations need to be brought to the attention of Jenny Tomlinson.
